WHAT "Real World Coaching...on Life's Playing Field," Half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Programs. Coaching, feedback and mentoring are three of the most valuable skills a leader possesses and yield enormous results when used with the right person at the right time. Participants will learn how to prepare for sincere, helpful, and results-oriented conversations with staff members through awareness techniques and coaching style. Instructor for the course is Lorna Kibbey.
