FGCU Florida Institute of Government Presents "How to Handle Difficult Employees" Workshop

WHO FGCU Florida Institute of Government, for managers, supervisors and employees from both the private and public sectors

WHAT "How to Handle Difficult Employees" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Leadership and Management Skills Programs. Almost every organization has employees that are hard to manage and cause disruption within their team or department. This workshop teaches participants to identify the real issues behind disruptive behaviors, and helps to differentiate between the "occasional problem” and the “problem employee." Participants will also learn what to do to prevent and correct the negative behavior and how to make sure the behavior does not destroy morale for the rest of the organization. Jeff Graddy is instructor for the course.
