WHAT "Business Writing...Plain and Simple" full-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Writing Series. Participants will learn to create written documents that are professional, organized, powerful and persuasive to attract the attention of busy readers and get them to take action. Lorna Kibbey is instructor for the course.
