WHAT "Building Influential Relationships...Would You Want You as a Friend?" half-day workshop from the Florida Institute of Government's Professional Development Series. Relationship building is key to any occupation. It is a fact that people will elect, buy from, and gravitate toward those who convey positive, constructive traits. This course teaches participants that trust is the key factor in any relationship. Participants will gain insight into their own skill sets.
