Small Business Development Center Director to Serve on
Florida Chamber's Small Business Council
FORT MYERS, FL - Dan Regelski, regional director of the Small Business Development Center at Florida Gulf Coast University, was recently selected to serve on the Florida Chamber's newly-launched Small Business Council.
FGCU President Wilson G. Bradshaw selected Regelski as his designee on the Small Business Council, as he recognizes Regelski's efforts and advocacy for small business in Florida.
As council member, Regelski will explore opportunities for growth and competitiveness in the global economy; meet with legislators, contact media, and testify before the House and Senate on issues important to the Florida small business community; and network with Florida’s successful small business leaders. In addition, as council member, he will be able to take immediate action on focused issues such as improving access to capital for small business.
The Florida Chamber launched the Small Business Council to add focus to a long history of advocating for small businesses, and to provide a unified voice for all small businesses during the transition to a more sophisticated sustainable Florida economy.
For more information, media representatives should contact Regelski at (239) 745-3705 or email@example.com.
