FGCU Office of Continuing Education Announces New Professional Development Webinar Series
FORT MYERS, FL - Florida Gulf Coast University Office of Continuing Education and the John Scott Dailey Institute of Government announce the launch of a new series of professional development webinars. Titled "Managing Difficult Employees," the first webinar will be offered online at fgcu.webex.com on Thursday, Aug. 4, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.
Early registration through July 31 costs $59 per person, and $79 on or after Aug. 1. Participants may register for the webinar at fgcu.webex.com.
In this webinar, participants will learn to identify common behaviors of difficult employees. They will learn a proven system that will help to correct unacceptable behaviors demonstrated by the difficult employee.
The Office of Continuing Education provides non-credit learning opportunities for the working professional as well as customized training programs to meet the needs of local business and industry.
