FGCU Small Business Development Center Hosts Social Media Boot Camp

FORT MYERS, FL - The Small Business Development Center (SBDC) at Florida Gulf Coast University, in partnership with Relevanza Inc., a full service website and social media agency, hosts a three-week series Social Media Boot Camp and interactive Q&A on social media 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays, March 3, 10, and 17 at FGCU Lutgert Hall, Room 1203. Cost is $99 per person for the three-week series.

Birgit Pauli-Haake, owner of Relevanza and presenter of the series, will teach the hands-on instruction on how to use social media and web optimization to increase website traffic.

"We are continually educating our small business owners on the latest tools in technology and beyond," said Harry Looknanan Jr., certified business analyst with the SBDC at FGCU. "Our goal is to provide the best resources available for them to succeed in their business."

The SBDC hosts a variety of workshops and seminars throughout Southwest Florida for small business owners and entrepreneurs. In addition, it provides no-cost confidential business consulting.
