    In accordance with the Florida Board of Governors (BOG) Regulation Development Procedure as adopted July 21, 2005, Florida Gulf Coast University promulgates regulations to guide administration of the University when acting under authority derived from the BOG.  There are two classifications of regulations: select regulations and regular regulations. Select regulations are regulations that pertain to student tuition and fees, admissions and articulation and require review of the BOG prior to becoming effective. Regular regulations are effective upon approval by the University Board of Trustees.  The charts below contain copies of regulations (permanent and emergency) that are currently in effect. For historical information see the archive link which contain rules and regulations prior to the existing regulations.
