FGCU Regulations
In accordance with the Florida Board of Governors (BOG) Regulation Development Procedure for State University Boards of Trustees [.pdf- 117kb], as adopted July 21, 2005, Florida Gulf Coast University promulgates regulations to guide administration of the University when acting under authority derived form the BOG. Pursuant to Florida's Administrative Procedure Act, Chapter 120, Florida Statutes, FGCU promulgates rules, to implement, interpret or prescribe law or policy when acting under statutory authority derived from the Florida Legislature.
