How fast can passwords be cracked?

The following two tables show how fast passwords from 2 character to 9 character lengths can be cracked under a variety of machines. The two types of passwords shown are Upper and Lower case with and without Numerals included. The classes range from 10,000 Passwords/sec (Class A) to 1,000,000,000 Passwords/sec (Class F) in regards to effective password cracking speed. Please keep these numbers in mind when selecting your next password.
