This series of seminars targets current middle managers, first-line supervisors and potential supervisors. 

The goal is to build, expand, and enrich their current skills resulting in a significant increase in effectiveness, growth in interpersonal skills, reduction of stress, and a measurable increase in productivity.

This entire program is offered both instructor-led in class as well as online. For the instructor-led program, each class meets weekly for three hours.
