Dynamics of Supervision

Dynamics of Supervision Graduates Punta Gorda 2017

Supervisory Training Series

This series is designed to help current middle managers, first-line supervisors and potential supervisors expand their supervisory skill set.

The goal is to build, expand, and enrich current skills resulting in a significant increase in effectiveness, growth in interpersonal skills, reduction of stress, and a measurable increase in productivity.

Employees are an organization's most important investment. As your partner in learning, we'll help you protect your investment by developing your human force into a productive TEAM.

Each year our program is modified to meet supervisory demands and work force changes. Participants will increase their self awareness, self esteem, confidence and assertiveness.
