After Hours Support
The university is growing and some services we provide require more immediate support than we have normally provided during non-working hours.
To meet these demands we created a schedule with three levels of support. The support person and after hours support will escalate upward as necessary after hours for a period of one week.
Training and documentation for each level of support wil be created and maintained. Wherever needed, training will be provided so that all tasks can be completed routinely.
