student advisor has resulted in an uneveness in successful =

them to expend $70,000+ annually for recruitment which has resulted in =
extraordinary=C2=A0growth rate during the past year.=C2=A0=C2=A0Whereas, =
the Divisions of Social Work and Public Affairs did not have =
additional=C2=A0 funding for recruiting or retention which =
has=C2=A0affected their rate =
