are continually being reviewed and updated in order to improve customer =

Accounting=C2=A0increased its
P-card training classes by more than 50%.=C2=A0 There are 145 =
cards in use and there=C2=A0have been=C2=A095 training sessions =

- Need additional Banner consulting and support to keep up =
with Banner Finance upgrades, new services and new products.=C2=A0 In =
addition, Finance and Accounting must continue to closely monitor =
changes in Florida=E2=80=99s education governance, initiating change and =
support as necessary. Finance & Accounting must have a solid =
understanding of the rules and law of Florida to address new =
opportunities and challenges.=C2=A0 Banner upgrades and state governance =
changes are difficult to predict, therefore, ongoing Banner Finance user =
training should be addressed and provided each year as =
appropriate.=C2=A0 Estimated cost of Banner Finance consulting for one =
week at $200/hour would be $8,000.
