The Human Resource Department has =
contributed to the President's Goal #4 by assisting hiring officials in =
recruiting talented, diversified faculty and staff who support the =
mission and guiding principles of the University.=C2=A0 The Human =
Resource Department further supports=C2=A0Goal #4=C2=A0providing payroll =
and benefit administration that increase retention of faculty and staff =
in a productive working environment.=C2=A0 The Human Resource Department =
has contributed to the President's Goal #7 by active involvement in the =
community through serving on the Mayor's Alliance, serving on the Board =
of Directors for the Human Resource Management Association, and =
participating in the MS Walk, as well as participation in Statewide =
Associations such as the College and University Human Resource Executive =
group and Florida College & University Personnel Association for =
Human Resources (CUPA-HR), as well as National membership in =
CUPA-HR.
