issue of linking program approval with the library's annual budget.

Goal 2: (Increase academic outreach): The library continues to =
acquire and promote high-quality virtual resources (databases, =
e-journals, e-books) that can be used off-campus, in support of distance =
learning and regional center development.
Goal 3: (State of the art infrastructure): The library staff has =
worked closely with architects and construction management on the design =
and completion of the library expansion and renovation.=C2=A0 The new =
facility will more than double our computing facilities, allowing =
greater opportunities for librarians to interact with students and =
familiarize them with our collections, both virtual and physical.=C2=A0 =
Goal 8: (Ongoing quality improvement): The library's self-study for =
