The project management plan was created as part of the PBX RFQ = process.

We are=C2=A0currently working with both information systems and = computing services on the process of upgrading the network and = installing the billing system.=C2=A0 Both of these sub-projects must be = completed before the PBX installation is completed in June = 2006.

Obtained various operational plans from similar institutions via = the Internet.=C2=A0 Now that we have selected Avaya as our PBX vendor, = they will be supplying manufacturer specific best practices.=C2=A0 A = preliminary operational plan will be Summer of 2006

Telecommunications, at the advise of our Assoc. VP, will keep the = cost schedule the same at least for another year until we start to pay = back our investment and get a clearer picture on operating = costs.

The Telecommunications department has created assessment reports = for the CSA/MAC's turnarounds and the telephone directory = accuracy.=C2=A0 Each quarter these reports are filled out based on the = results of our findings.

A telephone carrier error report template has been created.=C2=A0 = Each time a billing error is found, the date and description of the = error is entered.=C2=A0 Once the problem is resolved, the resolution = date and action is also entered.

=C2=A0

The=C2=A0forecasting=C2=A0information for the revenue/expenditure = accuracy has been done as part of the budget process.=C2=A0 The fiscal = year end expenditures will be the second half of the data to determine = the degree of accuracy.
