Charge

• Assuring that FGCU program review procedures and products conform with state BOR Directives.
• Ensuring that the external reviewer is appropriate to the program under review
• Providing input to the charge to the external reviewer
• Reviewing the self-study to ensure that it is suitable for review
• Reviewing the report of the external reviewer to ensure that the report is adequate
• Reviewing the response to the report from the program and the college leadership
• Providing comments/recommendations in addition to those of the external reviewer as appropriate
• Keeping track of response meetings and their results and one-year follow-ups as well
• Approving versions of Academic Learning Compacts submitted by existing programs
