Goal = 5 Inspect all occupied building areas annually to identify = safety deficiencies, submit noted deficiencies for correction, and = follow-up to verify corrections are completed All = inspections completed within the calendar year.

Follow-up with appropriate the = department to verify correction of deficiency within 45 days of report = submittal. Goal = 5 Quarterly inspections of all sites generating hazardous waste = to identify procedural deficiencies and improve waste = minimization. Site = inspections completed each calendar quarter.

Verify correction of reported deficiencies = during the subsequent quarterly inspection.		 Evaluate reasons for any site inspection, including follow-up = of previous quarter deficiencies not completed in a calendar quarter, or = report not sent in within 2 weeks of inspection and modify program as = necessary for compliance. Goal = 5 Review plans for all new building construction and provide = comments on factors related to indoor environmental = quality. Comments = on indoor environmental quality factors returned to Facilities Planning = prior to the final construction document preparation. Use the experience with the local construction design process = gained through these reviews to prepare a guide for design criteria = relating to indoor environmental quality in FGCU buildings to provide to = designers. During 2005, arrangements are in = place with Facilities Planning to receive plans for review and to = participate in the design process when the next opportunity = arises.
