(A) = Monitor projects performed by Auditor General's Office to ensure I/A's = projects do not duplicate theirs. =C2=A0(B) Verify that FGCU = Representation Letters are provided within timelines suggested by A/G = staff. (A) Unduplicated work will extend audit coverage and enhance = Internal Audit's productivity. =C2=A0(B) Timely Representation Letters = will enhance the timeliness of the release of A/G Audit = Reports. As projects completed - at least = annually.
Goal = 8 Prepare 3-5 Year Audit Plan based on periodic Risk = Assessment. (A) = Perform Risk Assessment based on survey of key FGCU personnel. =C2=A0(B) = Present proposed Audit Plan to Executive Group for their = approval. Assessment and Plan provide roadmap to focus on audit = projects that will improve the administration of FGCU = programs. Next risk assessment &=C2=A0audit = plan completed by 6/30/05. =C2=A0Thereafter, Audit Plan revised = annually, and Risk Assessment performed once every 3-5 = years.
Goal = 7 Represent FGCU in the community by being active and visible = in community organizations. Identify = community activities performed by and officer positions held by Internal = Audit staff. =C2=A0 Committed community activities performed by FGCU staff = enhances our positive visibility in the SW FL community, which attracts = both qualified staff and students.
