Notice to students - Student Health Services does not take health insurance other than the FGCU plan; which is sponsored through Arthur J. Gallagher & Company. All visits to student health services, regardless of insurance coverage are free; medications, labs and supplies are provided at nominal prices. - Students are reminded to bring some form of payment (see below) to each appointment to cover the possibility of a charge for a lab or medication.

Check-out Information Not all visits incur charges; however, if your provider recommends Labs or Medications, there will be charges that are incurred at very nominal rates. Any charge(s) incurred at Student Health Services must be paid for at the time of service in the form of Cash, Check, Credit Card or Eagle I.D. Dollars. Please ensure that you bring a form of payment for your visit.
No-Show Fee Effective July 1, 2014: Students who incur a charge of $25.00 can pay directly at Student Health Services. This will allow them to avoid the financial hold from the Bursar's office. Students are granted 1 business week from time of charge to pay; failure to complete payment at Student Health will result in the charge being transferred to their FGCU account.
