Check-out Information

Payment for Services: Any charge incurred at Student Health Services must be paid at time of service in the form of Cash, Check or Eagle I.D. Dollars

Students may transfer money from their debit/credit accounts to their Eagle I.D. using our secure transfer process at the check-out desk

No-Show Fee

If a no show or late cancellation fee is incurred, the $25 charge will be placed on the student’s Gulfline/Banner account the following business day. Students can pay this charge via Gulfline or at the cashier’s office.
