All Student Health Services (SHS) are by appointment only. Before you are able to be seen by a healthcare provider, or are treated in our facilities you must make an appointment; please call (239) 590-7966. If you need to make an immunizations appointment, please call (239) 590-1254. If you wish you may also come in and schedule an appointment that meets your needs. If you have never been to SHS, we are located on the left hand side of the Wellness Building. You will need to complete some initial paperwork, prior to being seen by a provider. If you are coming in the same day as your visit, please arrive about ten minutes early to fill out this important paperwork. You may also come in and take this with you and return it on the day of, or at the time of your appointment.

REMINDERS

• You must bring your Eagle I.D. card with you for all appointments
• Missed appointments that are not cancelled at least 2 hours ahead of the appointment time are subject to the $25.00 No Show Fee (Effective August 20th, 2012).
• Student Health Services can only take Cash, Check or Eagle Dollars for chargeable services. For your convenience, SHS has a secure transfer system that allows you to move money from your debit/credit card to your Eagle ID.

During the Fall and Spring semesters Student Health Services is open from 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM on Mon-Thurs, and 9 AM - 4:45 PM on Friday. We also have an after-hours nursing call line - please call (239) 590-7966.
