Seating in Alico Arena where General Colin Powell will speak at 6 p.m., Friday, March 23 is full. Free tickets to this event have been given out. A live feed will be held at The Center for Performing Arts and Education in Charlotte County, 701 Carmalita Street, Punta Gorda. Tickets for the live feed will be available for the general public beginning Monday, Feb. 12, at 9:00 am.
