FGCU Invites Public, Media to Free Screenings during the
Second Annual Human Rights Film Festival Jan. 19-20
FORT MYERS, FL - Florida Gulf Coast University invites the public and media to free screenings and discussions of selected films and documentaries during the Second Annual Human Rights Film Festival, Thursday and Friday, Jan. 19 and 20 in the Arts Complex black box theater.
The Film Festival runs 4 p.m. to 9:15 p.m., Thursday, and 1 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., Friday.
Thursday's films include "Footprints of Sorrow," "The Alarm Rings Softly," "The Gift," "The NEA Tapes," "Mardi Gras: Made in China" and "Going Home."
Friday's films include "Peacekeepers," "Cheated of Childhood," "Where Truth Lies" and "War Hospital."
Admission is free and light food is available.
