FGCU Office of Continuing Education Offers a New Webinar: "Let Your Body Win: Stress Management Plain & Simple"

FORT MYERS, FL - The Florida Gulf Coast University Office of Continuing Education and the John Scott Dailey Institute of Government announce the launch of a new webinar, "Let Your Body Win: Stress Management Plain & Simple." This webinar will be offered online at fgcu.webex.com on Thursday, Nov. 17, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m.

Early registration through Nov. 10 costs $59 per person, and $79 on or after Nov. 11. Participants may register for the webinar at fgcu.webex.com.

Participants will learn about the three groups most vulnerable to illness and disease from stress; the impact your natural, hardwired physical reaction to stress has on your health; and techniques to channel your stress energy in positive ways that protect you from the ravages of stress.

The Office of Continuing Education provides non-credit learning opportunities for the working professional as well as customized training programs to meet the needs of local business and industry. It provides high quality, integrated, and innovative programs that enable participants to achieve their career and learning objectives through access to affordable education and employment skills training. It offers a variety of continuing education units (CEU's), contact hours, certificate programs, lectures, short courses, online courses, conferences, symposia, and seminars.
