FGCU's Florida Small Business Development Center Hosts Distinguished Attorneys and Interactive Panel at 15th Annual Entrepreneur's Law School

WHY Distinguished attorneys and interactive panel will conduct small business law sessions and healthcare reform information for small business
owners. Topics to be covered include:

•     What You Need to Know about Being an Employer
•     Understanding a Contract's Fine Print-Contract Dispute
•     Anatomy of a Commercial Lease
•     Marketing and the Law
•     Nuts and Bolts of EB-5 Visas

Healthcare panel to be moderated by Osvaldo Padilla of Florida Weekly, and panel members are Janette L'Heureux (Baldwin Krystyn Sherman
Partners), Neil Shnider (The Shnider Group), and Althea Harris (U.S. Small Business Administration).

Cost to attend is $99, and includes breakfast and lunch.
