Promotion
Want us to help spread the word about your awesome alumni event? We can host registration, send email invitations, and overall promote your event for more exposure and participation. Fill out the form to get started! 

Partnership
If your college or unit has an interest in partnering with the Alumni Association on creating an alumni event, outing, or program – let us know! Collaboration can include sponsorship, event execution assistance, swag, and overall planning guidance. Reach out to us or fill out the form to get started! 

Traditions programming
The FGCU Alumni Association holds a multitude of events on a yearly basis. From our annual Homecoming celebration to Strikes for Scholarships, the Association creates many opportunities for alumni to connect with the University and to one another. Have an interest in being a part of these celebrations? Let us know by completing the collaboration request form.  

Know of alumni doing amazing things – tell us! As the college or program experts, we want to hear your alumni profile ideas - share names of alumni to be featured, stories and/or guest presenters for programs and events. 

Encourage alumni to complete a class note to be considered for a social media #AlumniSpotlight or even in FGCU360!

The Official Florida Gulf Coast University Alumni Association Group -  FGCU Alumni Association has an official alumni group on LinkedIn, with nearly three thousand people. Join the group

Share and seek job opportunities, find out about professional development events and connect with fellow graduates.

Eagle Mentor Program - We connect students with professionals to create career-focused ties. 

Students are steered toward professional success by mentors who share real-world perspectives, information on career paths and the general wisdom they have acquired through life experience.

Anyone can participate, regardless of where they live, but mentors are asked to commit to the program for a minimum of one year.

Leadership Academy 

The six-month program, which runs from April-September, shows alumni and community members how FGCU takes the lead in meeting social, economic and entertainment demands of Southwest Florida by getting unique, behind-the-scenes access to academic, athletics and arts programs. 

Professional Development Webinars

We hosted over 30 free professional development webinars in 2023! We encourage you to share with alumni (or watch yourself). Typically offered twice a month, the speakers range from bestselling authors to renowned leadership experts. Watch a webinar here. 

Partnership with Career Development Services

Alumni have access to the a comprehensive range of free services to assist with all of their career-related needs, including advising sessions, career assessments, resume reviews, mock interviews, & more. Contact Career Development Services
