Dr. Bartley is a member of the American Counseling Association (ACA), International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors (IAMFC), American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy (AAMFT), AAMFT Approved Supervisor, and AAMFT Clinical Fellow. She has presented nationally on topics including heart disease, family functioning and cardiac rehabilitation compliance, telecounseling, and compassion fatigue during and after a national disaster. Driven by the desire for mental health and wellness for all, she has received several awards for her commitment and dedication to the helping profession. She has been a faculty member at The University of Akron and is presently an Associate Clinical Professor at Florida Gulf Coast University and Clinic Director at the Community Counseling Center at FGCU and maintains licenses in both clinical mental health and marriage and family counseling in Ohio and Florida.

- Dr Bartley's clinical experiences includes being the Director of the Community Counseling Center at FGCU, The Relationship Center of SW Florida and The Relationship Center of NE Ohio.
