During Mr. Griffin's 10+ years as a faculty member at FGCU, he has focused most of his attention on the first-year experience by teaching courses in the freshman dorms as a First-Year Residential Experience (now Faculty Fellow). In that role, he works with students as they transition to from high-school/ home life and navigate the new challenges that college life presents.
