Niki Mann Profile

As the Corporate Programs Coordinator for the Lutgert College of Business at Florida Gulf Coast University, Niki Mann works on talent initiatives across the university, directly with students and local and national employers. She develops resources and programs that connect students with employers and assists students in achieving their career goals while providing a career-ready workforce.

Niki is an active community member, enjoys networking with employers at professional events, and has served in various roles on the leadership team of The Southwest Florida Chapter of the Florida Public Relations Association since 2018, most recently as immediate past-president in 2023.
