Tim Byal has more than 25 years of diversified experience in real estate development and finance. He is currently Vice President for Miromar Development, overseeing the business and development aspects of Miromar Lakes, Miromar Outlets, Miromar Design Center and University Village.

He began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with PWC in Southeast Florida and transitioned to the real estate industry, working for more than 12 years with WCI, formerly Westinghouse Communities Inc., where he was Division President. Mr. Byal also served as Senior Vice President for the Related Group prior to rejoining Miromar Development where he has worked for a total of 12 years.

Mr. Byal holds an MBA and Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida. He is a Florida licensed Certified Public Accountant and Real Estate Broker.
