FGCU Civil Engineering students visited Vulcan Materials Company

FGCU students in the Civil Engineering Materials class visited Vulcan Materials Company - Aggregate Quarry. Mr. Beggs, Mr. Gritzer, and Mr. Wright took time out of their busy schedule and invested their resources to make this field trip possible. This greatly supported the students and the U.A. Whitaker College of Engineering. The students loved the field trip and interaction. It was an eye-opening experience and a highlight of their young engineering career. They connected what they learned in the classroom to practical, real-life applications. Everything was executed professionally. They learned from the BEST – Experts in the field.
