DNP Nurse Anesthesiology COA Exit Summary

Congratulations to Dr. Spiegel and the DNP NA Team on an excellent COA Accreditation Exit Summary!! Of the many, many required standards, the Program had a partial compliance for only one standard related to transfer credit, all other standards were in full compliance. We will receive a report in several weeks and the final accreditation outcome will be made in October by COA. Well done everyone!

Newly Appointed DNP Nurse Anesthesiology Program Director

The FGCU School of Nursing is pleased to announce that Dr. Virginia Londahl-Ramsey has been appointed as DNP Nurse Anesthesiology Program Director. Dr. Londahl-Ramsey will assume this position on May 14, 2022 following the retirement of Dr. Spiegel, outgoing DNP Nurse Anesthesiology Program Director, on May 13, 2022. Dr. Spiegel and Dr. Londahl-Ramsey are working together to facilitate a smooth transition in leadership of the program. Congratulations Dr. Londahl-Ramsey!!
