  2. Select additional on-demand videos based upon your FGCU role.
  3. Utilize Job Aids (with screenshots) and Quick Start Guides (action steps only) for step-by-step instructions.

Videos: Developed to give you the most accurate view of what you will see and experience in Workday at FGCU.

Job Aids: Created for the most commonly used tasks and processes in Workday. They include detailed, step-by-step instructions and screenshots.

Quick Start Guides: Abbreviated versions of Job Aids, containing no screenshots and action steps only.
