As managing director for Northwestern Mutual: The Bouchard Financial Group, Jesse Bouchard focuses on strategic growth and fostering leadership with the organization. The agency provides comprehensive financial planning, specializing in personalized strategies for wealth growth, retirement planning, insurance, estate planning and long-term financial security.

Bouchard and the company also demonstrate a strong commitment to community impact through volunteerism, philanthropy and civic engagement. His professional success and commitment to his alma mater and community were recognized by the Alumni Association’s 2025 Alumni Business of the Year award.

Bouchard is a former chair of the Alumni Association Board of Directors and serves on the Lutgert College of Business Advisory Council and the college’s Department of Marketing Advisory Board. He also enjoys giving back through the Lutgert Mentorship Program, which connects students with mentors in their fields of study and interest to help foster career readiness.
