Faysal Ahmed Chowdhury Profile

Dr. Chowdhury was born and raised in Chattogram, the port city of Bangladesh. He received his Bachelor of Science in 2015 in statistics biostatistics & informatics from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. In 2017, he received his Master of Science degree in statistics from the University of Dhaka as well. In Fall 2018, he joined as a graduate student of the Department of Mathematics at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. En route to his Ph.D. in mathematics, he received his second Master of Science in statistics in December 2020. He completed all the Ph.D. program requirements and defended his dissertation successfully on 24th March 2023. He graduated with a Ph.D. in mathematics with a concentration in statistics in the Spring of 2023.
