Dr. Piyush Shah earned his Ph.D. in the Department of Supply Chain Management of W.P. Carey School of Business, Arizona State University in 2020. His research investigates the influence of behavioral and organizational variables (culture, structure, leadership) on supply chain decision making (alignment and outsourcing). Prior to earning his Ph.D., Piyush spent more than 15 years in purchasing and supply chain management as a buyer and trainer consultant. Dr. Shah is a certified trainer for the APICS CSCP and the APICS CPIM certifications and has been training professionals internationally from 2010.
