Currently serves as FGCU's MPA Program Coordinator and Associate Professor. Formerly
had rewarding City Manager career and served as Executive Director of the Center for
Florida Local Government Excellence (CFLGE) and was a member of the faculty at Florida
State University. Dr. Lee is a Past President of the Florida City and County Management
Association (FCCMA), Past President of the American Society of Public Administration
(ASPA) Suncoast Chapter, and current member of the International City and County Management
Association (ICMA) Advisory Board on Graduate Education. Dr. Lee also serves as the
Faculty Advisor for FGCU's ICMA Student Chapter.
