Dr. Jiang's research focuses on applying economic theories and methodologies to study IT related topics such as new business models and pricing strategies in electronic commerce, online word-of-mouth, incentive contracting in service facilities, outsourcing contract design, integration and sabotage, and the role of IT in corporate governance. Her research appears in Information Systems Research, Journal of Management Information Systems, Decision Support Systems, Electronic Commerce Research and Applications, Journal of Revenue & Pricing Management, Information Systems Management, and Information Resources Management Journal.
Dr. Jiang teaches both undergraduate and graduate courses. Her teaching interests include Management Information Systems, Business Programming, Business Modeling, and Data Analytics. Prior to joining FGCU, Dr. Jiang had taught at Fordham University.
