Transitional portfolios and references may be submitted on a rolling basis until the start of courses in August 2026.
Portfolio Notes:
1) BSW Candidates must have one (1) letter of reference provided on their behalf. This process is done
online. The reference should be provided by an individual familiar with the work
of the student in the areas of academics, service, or employment. Personal references
from friends of family members are not appropriate and will not be accepted for the
purposes of the transitional portfolio. Students should provide the following web link to the individual from whom they are

of 500 words, double-spaced, and typed in 12-point font (preferably Aptos, Arial,
Calibri, or Times New Roman) as part of the transitional portfolio. It is recommended that you complete the essay prior to starting your portfolio online
by using Microsoft Word or another word processing software to do so and then uploading
the essay while completing the portfolio.
