About the Speakers:
Tom Davison is a global operations and supply chain executive with a track record of delivering remarkable results in product development, supply chain, and operations management. He has led the development of numerous innovative products worth hundreds of millions dollars and delivering breakthrough improvement in both time-to-market and quality, winning numerous industry awards and patents along the way. He is a Master Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma, and ran global Operations Excellence at Celestica and Otterbox, championing key global initiatives such as lean six sigma and flawless product launch.
Tom currently teaches supply chain management at FGCU, and provides supply chain and operations management consulting to clients across the US. He holds a BASc in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Toronto, and an MBA from Regis University in Denver.
Justin Mills is a believer in using the common sense approach to LeanSigma to transform an organization. In his 20 years of industry experience spanning the Specialty Chemical and Medical Device spaces, Justin has successfully employed Lean and Six Sigma tenets along with a strong focus on customer outcomes to deliver the coveted WIN/WIN; practical improvements coupled with financial results. This approach propelled him to progressively more senior roles in R&D, Operations, Logistics and his current role of driving organizational transformation as Operations Excellence Manager at Arthrex. Underpinning his industry experience is a BA in Chemistry and Certificates in Engineering Management, LeanSigma and a Six Sigma Green Belt. In his free time pre-COVID, Justin enjoyed adventuring abroad with his wife, Ana; but now enjoys time out in Southwest Florida with her and his dog Angelo.
