Cara Ryan is a Coordinator II in Academic & Curriculum Support. She has held previous roles as a Financial Aid Advisor and Academic Advisor in Marieb College of Health and Human Services at FGCU. Cara previously served in the offices of Graduate Admissions and Continuing Education at both St. Joseph's University, Long Island and Stony Brook University.

Prior to pursuing a career in higher education, Cara served in nonprofit management and managed afterschool and in-school STEAM enrichment programs in NYC Public Schools. She developed assessment polices, teaching-artist trainings, and wrote grants to support these programs. She holds certifications in holistic health coaching from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and is a certified yoga instructor (RYT 200 hours).
