Make your impact on FGCU Give Day – March 25-26

March 02, 2026

Every year, FGCU Give Day brings the Eagle community together for a 24-hour period where students, faculty, staff, alumni, families and friends raise funds for the university in support of initiatives that directly support FGCU students. This year, Give Day 2026 kicks off at noon March 25 and ends at noon March 26.

Give Day is an opportunity to raise funds for the areas that mean the most to you.

FGCU students and staff, wearing light blue t-shirts and black pants, are standing underneath a white tent at FGCU’s library lawn. They are raising money for Golisano Intellectual & Development Disability Initiatives (GIDDI) during Give Day 2025.

With the help of students Dillon Hutcheson and Sophia Fitzhenry, Golisano Intellectual & Development Disability Initiatives (GIDDI) support specialist Sky Santamaria (right), earns $500 in foundation prizes at her booth during Give Day 2025.

New this year is an Eagles at Work Bonus, where all FGCU faculty and staff who participate in Give Day will be entered for a chance to unlock a $1,000 prize for their designated support area.

The FGCU Foundation will randomly draw one winner from the gifts donated by employees before Give Day and donate the prize to the winning employee’s area.

The FGCU Foundation is also continuing its tradition of inspiring philanthropy by funding more than $100,000 in Give Day prizes, including:

  • First to Fledge: FGCU Foundation will donate $5,000 to the support area with the most unique donors in the first hour, from noon to 1 p.m. March 25.
