From Insight to Action: Building Our Best Workplace – Together

Over the course of two days, FGCU faculty and staff will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful discussion and learn about FGCU’s “Great Colleges to Work For” survey results. Together, employees will review the university’s progress over the past two years and workshop the next steps forward as we make FGCU an even better place to work.

Here is the schedule:

Day 1: April 29

Town Hall: Understanding FGCU’s Survey Results

ModernThink consultant Rich Boyer will lead two town halls to present FGCU’s results from the 2026 Great Colleges to Work For survey. Each 90-minute session includes open Q&A, and virtual access will be available through Zoom.

Session 1— 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. | In-person at Sugden Hall, Room 114 or virtual via Zoom.
Session 2— 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. | In-person at Sugden Hall, Room 114 or virtual via Zoom.

DAY 2: April 30

Workshop: Making FGCU a Better Place to Work

Join the Internal Communications Committee to learn more about ongoing initiatives to improve our workplace and take part in a discussion to share ideas on how we can continue building a better FGCU. This event is in-person only.
