The Internal Communication Committee – a workgroup of staff, faculty and students – is focused on planning campus engagement events and improving communication strategies based on feedback from you

To help plan for the 2026 calendar year, we want to hear from you!

Please fill out the Communications Check-In Form – it takes about 5 minutes and is completely anonymous.

Our last survey of campus led to many tangible changes, including:

An enhanced look, tone and rhythm to university messaging
Fresh topics, format and style of campus engagement events, such as panels, forums and listening sessions
The use of social media channels and a weekly events listing to share what’s happening on campus
A redesign of the employee-only newsletter, Inside FGCU
The launch of the MyFGCU app and desktop portal
