FGCU Emergency Management Advisory

Sept. 27, 2022 | FGCU is canceling all classes and non-essential campus activities Thursday and Friday. FGCU leaders will evaluate methods for students to make up for lost instructional time, which will likely include the use of planned study dates as regular academic class. Please expect updates to the academic calendar once we return to normal operations. For storm updates, visit fgcu.edu/emergencymanagement.

Mentoring Opportunities

Inspire those who inspire others

Mentoring at FGCU is part of the culture. Be a knowledgeable resource and guide to your peers by engaging in mentoring.

My mentor broadened my horizons and helped me think more outside the narrow view of what I had imagined for my post-grad self. She gave advice on having a goal and obtaining it in a way that would most benefit me in my career and how to get the most out of my undergrad degree and post-graduation degree options!  ”

Amanda McCarthy, B.S. Biology

Honors Alumna, 2016
