FGCU’s centralized student success platform, powered by the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform Slate for Student Success. Providing a unified 360-degree view of each student’s academic progress, engagement, and support history, the platform enables faculty, advisors, and student-support partners to identify concerns early, document interactions, coordinate care, and deliver targeted, timely interventions that advance persistence, progression, retention, and graduation.

When you have a concern about a student, or want to connect them to additional support, Wings Up provides a simple, coordinated way to take action. Submitting a referral ensures the right campus partners are notified and follow-up is tracked, reducing duplication and ensuring timely support.

Getting started with Wings Up
Wings Up training and onboarding are designed to ensure campus partners are confident using the platform, understand shared expectations, and are equipped to engage students effectively and responsibly. Training is role-based, practical, and aligned with FGCU’s student success model.

The Rules of Engagement establish clear expectations for how campus partners use Wings Up to support students. These standards ensure responsible use of student information, coordinated outreach, and a consistent, student-centered experience across the university.
