• On a typical day in June 2026, Southwest Florida had 19,511 residential properties listed for sale. Listings in the region fell 8.4 percent from May 2026 and were 20.0 percent below the June 2025 measure.

• Lee County had 10,575 active listings in June 2026, a 6.8 percent decrease from May 2026 and 18.0 percent below the June 2025 measure.
• Collier County recorded 5,494 active listings in June 2026, an 11.9 percent decline from the previous month and 20.2 percent beneath the same month last year.
• Charlotte County active listings totaled 3,066 units in June 2026, down 8.1 percent from the prior month and 28.7 percent below June 2025.
• Hendry County had 312 active listings in June 2026, up 2.6 percent from the prior month and up 23.3 percent over June 2025.
• Glades County reported 64 active listings in June 2026, down 1.5 percent from May 2026 and 11.1 percent below the same month last year.
