- Lee County had 9,351 active listings in August 2026, a 4.9 percent decrease from July 2026 and 16.2 percent below the August 2025 measure.
- Collier County recorded 4,676 active listings in August 2026, an 8.2 percent decline from the previous month and 15.8 percent beneath the same month last year.
- Charlotte County active listings totaled 2,705 units in August 2026, down 6.3 percent from the prior month and 25.4 percent below August 2025.
- Hendry County had 291 active listings in August 2026, down 4.9 percent from the prior month but up 13.2 percent over August 2025.
- Glades County reported 61 active listings in August 2026, down 10.3 percent from July 2026 and 7.6 percent below the same month last year.
