• On a typical day in March 2026, Southwest Florida had 23,757 residential properties listed for sale. Listings in the region fell 0.7 percent from February 2026 and were 15.3 percent below the March 2025 measure.

• Lee County had 12,539 active listings in March 2026, a 1.1 percent decrease from February 2026 and 14.2 percent below the March 2025 measure.
• Collier County recorded 7,106 active listings in March 2026, a 0.3 percent improvement from the previous month but 13.9 percent beneath the same month last year.
• Charlotte County active listings totaled 3,721 units in March 2026, down 1.6 percent from the prior month and 23.5 percent below March 2025.
• Hendry County had 310 active listings in March 2026, up 2.3 percent from the prior month and 27.6 percent over March 2025.
• Glades County reported 81 active listings in March 2026, up 2.5 percent from February 2026 and 24.6 percent over the same month last year.
