• On a typical day in January 2026, Southwest Florida had 23,262 residential properties listed for sale. Listings in the region rose 2.8 percent from December 2025 but were 3.3 percent below the January 2025 measure.

• Lee County had 12,332 active listings in January 2026, a 2.4 percent increase over December 2025 but 3.3 percent below the January 2025 measure.
• Collier County recorded 6,770 active listings in January 2026, a 5.1 percent improvement from the previous month but 1.6 percent beneath the same month last year.
• Charlotte County active listings totaled 3,801 units in January 2026, up 0.7 percent from the prior month but 8.3 percent below January 2025.
• Hendry County had 283 active listings in January 2026, up 0.7 percent from the prior month and 26.9 percent over January 2025.
• Glades County reported 76 active listings in January 2026, up 26.7 percent from December 2025 but 3.8 percent under the same month last year.
