Summary

• On a typical day in February 2026, Southwest Florida had 23,922 residential properties listed for sale. Listings in the region rose 2.8 percent from January 2026 but were 10.8 percent below the February 2025 measure.

• Lee County had 12,677 active listings in February 2026, a 2.8 percent increase over January 2026 but 10.1 percent below the February 2025 measure.
• Collier County recorded 7,083 active listings in February 2026, a 4.6 percent improvement from the previous month but 9.7 percent beneath the same month last year.
• Charlotte County active listings totaled 3,780 units in February 2026, down 0.6 percent from the prior month and 17.6 percent below February 2025.
• Hendry County had 303 active listings in February 2026, up 7.1 percent from the prior month and 27.8 percent over February 2025.
• Glades County reported 79 active listings in February 2026, up 3.9 percent from January 2026 and 29.5 percent over the same month last year.
