- Charlotte County active listings increased to 3,601 units in November 2024, rising 13 percent from the prior month and 34 percent above November 2023.
- Hendry County had 236 active listings in November 2024, a 2 percent decrease from the prior month but 31 percent over November 2023.
- Glades County reported 70 active listings in November 2024, up 11 percent from the previous month and 52 percent over November 2023.
