- Collier County recorded 5,635 active listings in October 2025, a 6.5 percent improvement from the previous month and 12.2 percent above the same month last year.
- Charlotte County active listings fell to 3,553 units in October 2025, up 2.7 percent from the prior month and 10.1 percent above October 2024.
- Hendry County had 273 active listings in October 2025, up 2.6 percent from the prior month and 13.8 percent over October 2024.
- Glades County reported 66 active listings in October 2025, unchanged from the previous month and previous year.
