- Lee County had 11,692 active listings in November 2025, a 5.9 percent increase over October 2025 and 6.7 percent above the November 2024 measure.
- Collier County recorded 6,174 active listings in November 2025, a 9.6 percent improvement from the previous month and 8.8 percent above the same month last year.
- Charlotte County active listings fell to 3,656 units in November 2025, up 2.9 percent from the prior month and 1.5 percent above November 2024.
- Hendry County had 274 active listings in November 2025, up 0.4 percent from the prior month and 16.6 percent over November 2024.
- Glades County reported 75 active listings in November 2025, up 13.6 percent from October 2025 and 5.6 percent over the same month last year.
