- Lee County had 12,045 active listings in December 2025, a 3.0 percent increase over November 2025 and 3.5 percent above the December 2024 measure.
- Collier County recorded 6,441 active listings in December 2025, a 4.3 percent improvement from the previous month and 2.9 percent above the same month last year.
- Charlotte County active listings totaled 3,774 units in December 2025, up 3.2 percent from the prior month but 2.8 percent below December 2024.
- Hendry County had 281 active listings in December 2025, up 2.6 percent from the prior month and 16.6 percent over December 2024.
- Glades County reported 79 active listings in December 2025, up 5.3 percent from November 2025 and 12.9 percent over the same month last year.
