- Collier County recorded 4,523 active listings in September 2026, a 3.3 percent decline from the previous month and 14.5 percent beneath the same month last year.
- Charlotte County active listings totaled 2,655 units in September 2026, down 1.8 percent from the prior month and 23.1 percent below September 2025.
- Hendry County had 293 active listings in September 2026, up 0.7 percent from the prior month and 10.2 percent over September 2025.
- Glades County reported 65 active listings in September 2026, up 6.6 percent from August 2026 but 1.5 percent below the same month last year.
