  • Charlotte County active listings increased to 3,636 units in March 2024, up 4 percent from the prior month and 130 percent above March 2023.
  • Hendry County had 207 active listings in March 2024, down 3 percent from the prior month but 14 percent over March 2023.
  • Glades County reported 50 active listings in March 2024, up 4 percent from the previous month and 19 percent over March 2023.
