• On a typical day in July 2026, Southwest Florida had 18,186 residential properties listed for sale. Listings in the region fell 6.8 percent from June 2026 and were 20.7 percent below the July 2025 measure.

• Lee County had 9,834 active listings in July 2026, a 7.0 percent decrease from June 2026 and 20.4 percent below the July 2025 measure.
• Collier County recorded 5,092 active listings in July 2026, an 7.3 percent decline from the previous month and 19.0 percent beneath the same month last year.
• Charlotte County active listings totaled 2,886 units in July 2026, down 5.9 percent from the prior month and 27.3 percent below July 2025.
• Hendry County had 306 active listings in July 2026, down 1.9 percent from the prior month but up 20.9 percent over July 2025.
• Glades County reported 68 active listings in June 2026, up 6.3 percent from June 2026 but 1.4 percent below the same month last year.
