    • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA rose from $821,000 in March 2023 to $835,000 in March 2024.
  • The Punta Gorda MSA reported 494 existing single-family home sales for March 2024, up 7 percent from March 2023.
    • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $380,000 in March 2024, down 3 percent from the same month last year.

Southwest Florida coastal counties is defined as the sum of Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA, Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA and Punta Gorda MSA.
