• The coastal counties had a total of 2,293 single-family home sales in July 2026, a 12.6 percent increase from July 2025 but 6.0 percent below June 2026.
• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 1,331 units in July 2026, up 13.0 percent from July 2025.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $385,000 in July 2026, up 2.7 percent from July 2025.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 434 single-family home sales in July 2026, a 9.9 percent increase compared to July 2025.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $800,000 in July 2026, up 11.1 percent from July 2025.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 528 existing single-family home sales for July 2026, up 14.0 percent from July 2025.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $353,545 in July 2026, up 2.5 percent from the same month last year.
