• The coastal counties had a total of 2,434 single-family home sales in March 2024, an increase of 2 percent from March 2023 and a 37 percent improvement from February 2024.
• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 1,439 units in March 2024, 3 percent improvment from March 2023.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA fell from $437,000 to $418,000 over the same period.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 501 single-family home sales in March 2024, down 5 percent compared to February 2023.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA rose from $821,000 in March 2023 to $835,000 in March 2024.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 494 existing single-family home sales for March 2024, up 7 percent from March 2023.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $380,000 in March 2024, down 3 percent from the same month last year.
