• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 937 units in January 2026, up 15.4 percent from January 2025.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $400,000 in January 2026, a 0.1 percent increase from January 2025.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 356 single-family home sales in January 2026, a 6.3 percent increase compared to January 2025.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $860,000 in January 2026, down 7.0 percent from January 2025.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 392 existing single-family home sales for January 2026, up 18.8 percent from January 2025.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $346,250 in January 2026, down 1.1 percent from the same month last year.
