• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 1,514 units in March 2026, up 9.5 percent from March 2025.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $376,750 in March 2026, a 4.6 percent decrease from March 2025.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 553 single-family home sales in March 2026, a 24.3 percent increase compared to March 2025.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $845,000 in March 2026, up 5.6 percent from March 2025.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 587 existing single-family home sales for March 2026, up 22.8 percent from March 2025.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $354,000 in March 2026, down 1.1 percent from the same month last year.
