• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 1,479 units in May 2026, up 2.5 percent from May 2025.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $380,000 in May 2026, up 1.3 percent from May 2025.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 471 single-family home sales in May 2026, a 9.3 percent increase compared to May 2025.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $846,250 in May 2026, up 10.2 percent from May 2025.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 562 existing single-family home sales for May 2026, up 4.9 percent from May 2025.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $351,000 in May 2026, up 8.0 percent from the same month last year.
