  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $390,000 in April 2025, a 8 percent decrease from April 2024.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 450 single-family home sales in April 2025, an 11 percent decrease compared to April 2024.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $817,500 in April 2025, down 8 percent in April 2024.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 548 existing single-family home sales for April 2025, up 3 percent from April 2024.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $349,970 in April 2025, down 10 percent from the same month last year.
