• The coastal counties had a total of 1,671 single-family home sales in November 2025, a 16.4 percent increase from November 2024 but 14.9 percent below October 2025.
• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 992 units in November 2025, up 14.3 percent from November 2024.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $380,000 in November 2025, a 3.8 percent decrease from November 2024.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 280 single-family home sales in November 2025, a 13.4 percent increase compared to November 2024.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $720,000 in November 2025, down 6.5 percent in November 2024.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 399 existing single-family home sales for November 2025, up 24.3 percent from November 2024.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $342,900 in November 2025, down 2.0 percent from the same month last year.
