• The coastal counties had a total of 1,903 single-family home sales in September 2025, an 18.6 percent increase from September 2024 but 4.6 percent down from August 2025.
• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 1,113 units in September 2025, up 14.4 percent from September 2024.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $375,000 in September 2025, a 2.1 percent decrease from September 2024.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 358 single-family home sales in September 2025, a 25.2 percent increase compared to September 2024.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $772,500 in September 2025, down 1.0 percent in September 2024.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 432 existing single-family home sales for September 2025, up 24.9 percent from September 2024.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $330,000 in September 2025, down 1.6 percent from the same month last year.
