• The coastal counties had a total of 1,938 single-family home sales in February 2026, a 19.2 percent increase from February 2025 and 15.0 percent above January 2026.
• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 1,153 units in February 2026, up 24.4 percent from February 2025.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $405,000 in February 2026, a 2.6 percent decrease from February 2025.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 351 single-family home sales in February 2026, a 3.2 percent increase compared to February 2025.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $860,000 in February 2026, down 7.0 percent from February 2025.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 434 existing single-family home sales for February 2026, up 20.9 percent from February 2025.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $350,000 in February 2026, up 0.3 percent from the same month last year.
