• Single-family home sales in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA totaled 1,123 units in October 2025, up 26.7 percent from October 2024.
  • The median price in the Cape Coral-Fort Myers MSA was $389,900 in October 2025, a 2.5 percent decrease from October 2024.
• The Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA registered 380 single-family home sales in October 2025, a 32.4 percent increase compared to October 2024.
  • The median price in the Naples-Immokalee-Marco Island MSA was $743,650 in October 2025, down 1.5 percent in October 2024.
• The Punta Gorda MSA reported 461 existing single-family home sales for October 2025, up 22.9 percent from October 2024.
  • The median price in the Punta Gorda MSA was $342,000 in October 2025, down 3.7 percent from the same month last year.
