Tip: Use the wired port in your room for your gaming devices to get a better experience
How your internet works
The network on-campus works differently than a home network. Internet is provided
to you through two sources: a wireless network and a wired network. We have supplied
hundreds of commercial wireless access points throughout all of our living locations
in South Village and North Lake Village. However, the wireless network is a shared
resource. This means that the more users who use a given wireless access point, the
more likely users on that access point may experience slow performance and/or disconnecting
from the network.
Gaming Device Registration
Students living in university housing can register their gaming consoles, once they are on campus. Click below for more information.
