The Office of Research and
Sponsored Programs (ORSP) at Florida Gulf Coast University (FGCU) is
the designated central clearinghouse for all external proposal
submissions. We are available to assist you in proposal preparation,
funding source identification, compliance issues pertaining to use
of human and animal subjects in research, budget preparation, and
any other aspect of research and sponsored programs you may need
assistance. Research and sponsored programs is an integral and essential
part of our teaching mission and plays a major role in the
educational process at FGCU.
Research efforts by our faculty enrich teaching and the classroom
experience of our students.
These efforts provide a rich environment for students to take part
in scholarly work while attending FGCU.
